Basic Terms

These Terms of Service for Zuula Obusobozibwo constitute a binding agreement between you (“Member” or “Customer” or “You”) and Zuula Obusobozibwo (“Company”), regarding the terms under which the Company will provide you with access to mentorship sessions, event bookings, and digital/physical products purchased by you.

Rights & Restrictions

1. Members must be at least 18 years of age to book mentorship sessions or events. Purchases of books, ebooks, and audio products may be made by or on behalf of individuals under 18 with parental/guardian consent.
2. Members are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to access mentorship sessions, event services, and purchased digital products.
3. Access to mentorship sessions and event services is valid for the duration agreed upon at the time of booking. Access to purchased digital products (ebooks, audio) remains available as long as the Company maintains such products.
4. Digital products (ebooks, audio, and related materials) are provided for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission from the Company.
5. By granting such access, the Company does not obligate itself to maintain products or services in their current form indefinitely, but will ensure availability for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase.
